Se trata del <strong>\u00fanico proyecto impulsado por una administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/strong> que cuantifica si un territorio se est\u00e1 adaptando bien al cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; Aun as\u00ed, no fue hasta el 2019 -cuando el indicador fue revisado por expertos-, que cont\u00f3 con la suficiente validez para captar la atenci\u00f3n de la ONU.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243;
