Seg\u00fan un informe del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n de Capgemini el 78% de los consumidores est\u00e1 cambiando sus preferencias de compra y sigue criterios de responsabilidad social, inclusividad o impacto ambiental<\/strong>. El estudio apunta a que la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 ha incrementado el nivel de concienciaci\u00f3n de la sociedad. En la actualidad un 53% de los consumidores<\/strong> han cambiado a marcas menos conocidas pero que son m\u00e1s sostenibles.<\/p>\n

La sociedad demanda que las empresas sean ZEO y contribuyan a hacer frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico. Y es que seg\u00fan el informe de Carbon Disclosure Project<\/a>, las empresas son responsables de m\u00e1s del 71% de las emisiones<\/strong> globales de GEI desde 1988. Por este motivo, ahora m\u00e1s que nunca, la RSC<\/a> (Responsabilidad Social Corporativa) debe tener un enfoque ZEO \u2013cero emisiones.<\/p>\n
