Estos premios, as\u00ed como charlas y coloquios sobre bioclimatismo en la construcci\u00f3n, eran expuestos en jornadas y sesiones en la Feria Construmat de Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>En las diferentes convocatorias, desde el a\u00f1o 2007 hasta el a\u00f1o 2013, resultaron ganadoras promociones, cuyos los promotores ya apostaban por los criterios bioclim\u00e1ticos a la hora de proyectarlas.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos de los edificios premiados a\u00fan siguen siendo referentes de la construcci\u00f3n bioclim\u00e1tica. La publicaci\u00f3n de la revisi\u00f3n del <strong>C\u00d3DIGO T\u00c9CNICO DE LA EDIFICACI\u00d3N<\/strong> supuso el requerimiento por ley de los criterios que ya hac\u00eda tiempo que los arquitectos e ingenieros concienciados aplicaban a sus proyectos. Ya no se trataba de mejoras voluntarias del promotor de cara a la sostenibilidad, sino que por ley se deb\u00edan aplicar. El mal fue que hubo prisas para construir antes de la publicaci\u00f3n del CTE pensando que as\u00ed se ahorrar\u00edan costes al no implantar las mejoras energ\u00e9ticas requeridas por el CTE. Es deplorable pensar que, antes de una visi\u00f3n sostenible del futuro, se prioriz\u00f3 el beneficio a corto plazo y, a ra\u00edz de la crisis del 2008, el mercado ten\u00eda 1 mill\u00f3n de edificios vac\u00edos y anticuados, sin las mejoras bioclim\u00e1ticas que establec\u00eda el CTE.<\/p>\n<p>El C\u00d3DIGO T\u00c9CNICO DE LA EDIFICACI\u00d3N (Real Decreto 314\/2006 de 17 de marzo) nace de la Ley 38\/1999 de 5 de noviembre, de Ordenaci\u00f3n de la Edificaci\u00f3n y es el marco normativo que establece y desarrolla las exigencias b\u00e1sicas de calidad de los edificios y de sus instalaciones. Tambi\u00e9n es un medio de aplicaci\u00f3n de las normativas europeas, actualmente la <strong>Directiva 2010\/31 \/ UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 19 de mayo de 2010<\/strong> relativa a la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de los edificios. Esta Directiva es muy ambiciosa y endurece los requisitos m\u00ednimos para conseguir edificios de consumo de energ\u00eda casi nulo.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243;
