En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la preocupaci\u00f3n por el cambio clim\u00e1tico se ha ido extendiendo por la clase pol\u00edtica. Incluso algunos de los partidos con m\u00e1s votantes de cada pa\u00eds han introducido el compromiso con la lucha clim\u00e1tica en su agenda pol\u00edtica.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, a lo largo de toda Europa han empezado a emerger un conglomerado de partidos ecologistas, que no dudan en criticar la poca ambici\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica de sus contrincantes y posicionarse como la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n para poder garantizar la supervivencia de la especie humana.<\/p>\n

De hecho, en el 2020, la conciencia clim\u00e1tica, representada a trav\u00e9s de los partidos ecologistas, se empez\u00f3 a extender a trav\u00e9s de la pol\u00edtica europea como una marea verde<\/a>. Poco a poco los partidos verdes empezaron a coger poder y relevancia en el norte de Europa, y en la propia Euroc\u00e1mara. En el 2019 el Partido Europeo de los Verdes<\/strong> obtuvo 69 esca\u00f1os y se convirti\u00f3 en la cuarta fuerza pol\u00edtica de Europa.<\/p>\n

En las \u00faltimas elecciones de Francia los resultados vaticinaron una fuerte victoria clim\u00e1tica: 8 de las 10 ciudades m\u00e1s pobladas del pa\u00eds tendr\u00e1n alcaldes verdes.<\/strong> En Li\u00f3n, Burdeos, Estrasburg, Tours o Poitiers, la ciudadan\u00eda francesa se decant\u00f3 por votar a alcaldes ecologistas.<\/p>\n

El antecedente de este \u00e9xito verde, sin embargo, se encuentra en Alemania<\/strong>. En las elecciones celebradas en octubre de 2018 en el estado de Baviera el partido verde logr\u00f3 obtener un 17,6% de los votos, convirti\u00e9ndose en la\u00a0segunda fuerza pol\u00edtica y el partido m\u00e1s importante de la izquierda.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la comunidad de polit\u00f3logos, el gran avance para la pol\u00edtica clim\u00e1tica es que los partidos ecologistas han dejado de ser concebidos como los \u201cpartidos de la prohibici\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d. Gracias a la implicaci\u00f3n de los gobiernos, de las organizaciones internacionales, movimientos globales como Fridays for Future o Rebellion Exctinction, de la comunidad cient\u00edfica e incluso de l\u00edderes de opini\u00f3n y personajes p\u00fablicos, cada vez tenemos m\u00e1s presente la cuesti\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica a la hora de decidir a qui\u00e9n votar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al mismo tiempo, los pol\u00edticos son conocedores de esta tendencia y tratan de incluir medidas y acciones concretas para hacer frente a este problema en sus programas electorales.<\/p>\n

En este sentido, precisamente este mes hemos sido testigos de este fen\u00f3meno social y pol\u00edtico en las elecciones de Noruega, que finalmente tuvieron lugar este 13 de septiembre de 2021. Los ciudadanos noruegos fueron llamados a votar en unas elecciones parlamentarias fuertemente marcadas por el cambio clim\u00e1tico y el futuro de la industria energ\u00e9tica del pa\u00eds,<\/strong> fuertemente dependiente del petr\u00f3leo.<\/p>\n

Y es que, desde hace a\u00f1os, la comunidad internacional se pregunta: \u00bfc\u00f3mo puede ser que uno de los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s conscientes de la amenaza clim\u00e1tica sigue manteniendo el petr\u00f3leo como principal fuente de ingresos?<\/p>\n

La publicaci\u00f3n de un informe, respaldado por la ONU, que reclamaba medidas m\u00e1s dr\u00e1sticas para contener las emisiones GEI del pa\u00eds, fue el punto de partida de una campa\u00f1a electoral marcada por el debate sobre la transici\u00f3n a la energ\u00eda limpia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Por una parte, el Partido de Izquierda Socialista y el Partido Verde apostaron por un discurso electoral basado en la promesa de suspensi\u00f3n de las concesiones de nuevas licencias de explotaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

Mientras que, por otra, el Partido Conservador, el Partido del Progreso (ultraderecha) y el Partido Liberal se mostraron reticentes a hacer frente a este desaf\u00edo global. Su negativa hace referencia a las p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas y de empleo que supondr\u00eda este dr\u00e1stico cambio de modelo energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n

En el caso del Partido del Centro \u2013 o laborista-, aunque respalda la necesidad de llevar a cabo una transici\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica en el pa\u00eds, no se ha mostrado partidario de vetar el petr\u00f3leo en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Por suerte para la comunidad clim\u00e1tica, los primeros recuentos de estas elecciones noruegas indican una victoria para el partido socialdem\u00f3crata noruego o partido laborista.<\/p>\n

El partido laborista, liderado por Jonas Gahr St\u00f8re, ha ganado las elecciones de\u00a0Noruega con un 26,4% de los votos.<\/p>\n

Esta victoria y la posibilidad de coalici\u00f3n con el Partido Verde y otros partidos de izquierdas, desbanca del poder a los conservadores y su ferviente negativa a iniciar una transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

Parece ser que la promesa de una Noruega m\u00e1s ZEO se empieza a divisar en el horizonte.<\/p>\n

Gahr Store se ha mostrado a favor de activar una pol\u00edtica justa en materia medioambiental. Para \u00e9l, Noruega debe enfrentarse a una nueva era<\/strong> en la que, tarde o temprano, no habr\u00e1 cabida para la industria energ\u00e9tica f\u00f3sil de la que depende el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

El nuevo mandatario asegur\u00f3 que no quer\u00eda \u201cestablecer muchos v\u00ednculos\u201d con esta industria energ\u00e9tica, que est\u00e1 valorada en 40.000 millones de d\u00f3lares-.<\/p>\n
