Adem\u00e1s, en 2018 public\u00f3 el \u00abpaquete de energ\u00eda de invierno\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El Gobierno ha enviado a la Comisi\u00f3n Europea el PNIEC (Plan nacional integral de energ\u00eda y clima 2021-2030). Las diferentes comunidades aut\u00f3nomas est\u00e1n aprobando las declaraciones de emergencia clim\u00e1tica y las leyes adecuadas para conseguir la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el nuevo <strong>C\u00f3digo T\u00e9cnico de la Edificaci\u00f3n (CTE<\/strong>) ya ha entrado en vigor y se est\u00e1 trabajando en el nuevo reglamento de instalaciones t\u00e9rmicas en edificios (RITE).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; Tambi\u00e9n bajo tierra tenemos una temperatura constante que suele estar entre los 14 y los 17\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Para conseguir este intercambio de calor, la tecnolog\u00eda aerot\u00e9rmica utiliza un fluido que, mediante el calor latente, es capaz de pasar al estado l\u00edquido o al gaseoso. Tambi\u00e9n bajo tierra tenemos una temperatura constante que suele estar entre los 14 y los 17\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Para conseguir este intercambio de calor, la tecnolog\u00eda aerot\u00e9rmica utiliza un fluido que, mediante el calor latente, es capaz de pasar al estado l\u00edquido o al gaseoso.
