De hecho, la ciudadan\u00eda de Yakarta realiz\u00f3 a mediados de 2019, una <strong>denuncia colectiva contra el Gobierno de Indonesia <\/strong>por no cumplir la regulaci\u00f3n\u00a0en materia de contaminaci\u00f3n medioambiental creada en 1999.<\/p>\n<p>La ciudadan\u00eda ped\u00eda la urgente activaci\u00f3n de estrategias para mejorar la calidad del aire y el reconocimiento de la falta de toma de medidas en este asunto p\u00fablico, por parte del gobierno indonesio.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, en septiembre de 2021, los tribunales <strong>le dieron la raz\u00f3n \u201cal pueblo<\/strong>\u201d. El fallo del Tribunal de Indonesia, que fue calificado de hist\u00f3rico, culp\u00f3 de manera directa a las autoridades por el deterioro de la calidad del aire y les acus\u00f3 de actuar de forma \u201cnegligente\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La contaminaci\u00f3n del aire no es el \u00fanico problema al que debe hacer frente esta castigada ciudad, que fue fundada en 1527, y que ahora <strong>se est\u00e1 sumergiendo en el agua<\/strong>. Sin embargo, las consecuencias del cambio clim\u00e1tico podr\u00edan estar agravando a\u00fan m\u00e1s este problema.
