Por ejemplo, Ucrania es uno de los pa\u00edses que presenta un mayor riesgo de sequ\u00eda, ligeramente por encima de 0,8, siendo 1,0 el nivel m\u00e1ximo.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; Solo de este modo podremos <strong>evitar una situaci\u00f3n irreversible para el Planeta <\/strong>y cumplir con los objetivos pactados en el Acuerdo de Par\u00eds 2015. Esto nos permitir\u00e1 reducir el impacto del cambio clim\u00e1tico a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, para protegernos de los <strong>impactos del cambio clim\u00e1tico a corto plazo<\/strong> es fundamental activar estrategias de adaptaci\u00f3n y resiliencia. Ahora bien, \u00bfqu\u00e9 diferencia existe entre cada una de ellas?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La adaptaci\u00f3n son acciones que se deben realizar para prevenir cambios que puedan producir efectos no deseados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el caso del cambio clim\u00e1tico, ser\u00edan las iniciativas y medidas que ayudan a reducir la vulnerabilidad de los sistemas naturales y humanos frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico. En este sentido, los pa\u00edses y comunidades deben implementar medidas y pr\u00e1cticas preventivas para evitar da\u00f1os probables.<\/p>\n<p>Se deben activar acciones a trav\u00e9s de la administraci\u00f3n ambiental, la planificaci\u00f3n y el manejo de los desastres.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La resiliencia es la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n de un ser vivo para enfrentar a un agente perturbador o un estado o situaci\u00f3n adversos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el caso del cambio clim\u00e1tico, la resiliencia ser\u00eda la capacidad de un ecosistema para absorber perturbaciones, sin alterar de manera significativa sus caracter\u00edsticas estructurales y funcionales, pudiendo regresar a su estado original luego de que el factor de perturbaci\u00f3n haya cesado.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, las sociedades que actualmente est\u00e1n sufriendo las consecuencias del cambio clim\u00e1tico, como inundaciones frecuentes, desertificaci\u00f3n de suelos, contaminaci\u00f3n del aire de las ciudades, s\u00edndromes respiratorios y dermatol\u00f3gicos, est\u00e1n mejor preparadas para soportar futuras cat\u00e1strofes ambientales.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243;
