pero sin explotarla. Podr\u00edamos decir que nuestros antepasados se <strong>alimentaban de una forma m\u00e1s sostenible y ecol\u00f3gica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan relatan los libros de historia, los primeros <em>homo sapiens<\/em> eran n\u00f3madas y recorr\u00edan el mundo en busca de frutos y cazaban en los bosques y llanuras.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, hace 10.000 a\u00f1os, durante la llamada <strong>revoluci\u00f3n del Neol\u00edtico<\/strong>, descubrieron la posibilidad de asentarse en poblados y empezar a cultivar sus propios frutos, verduras y hortalizas. Tambi\u00e9n empezaron a tener sus propios reba\u00f1os y, con ello, redujeron al m\u00e1ximo el riesgo y el peligro originados por la caza o por la exploraci\u00f3n de tierras desconocidas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero en la actualidad, el ser humano ha dejado atr\u00e1s los discretos huertos y reba\u00f1os y est\u00e1 llevando a cabo una <strong>sobre explotaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de los recursos y de los ecosistemas para alimentarse.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; A escala global, la huella de carbono de la ganader\u00eda intensiva representa un 14,5% de las emisiones GEI que provocan el cambio clim\u00e1tico (Fuente: FAO y ONU).<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, se estima que la agricultura intensiva es responsable del 70% del consumo de agua dulce y del <strong>10% de las emisiones GEI<\/strong>.
