Desde la Comisi\u00f3n Europea ya han puesto en marcha el plan <a href=\"https:\/\/plataformazeo.com\/es\/fit-for-55-plan-ue-frenar-cambio-climatico\/\">Fit fot 55<\/a> para reducir un 55% las emisiones de cara al 2030 y lograr la neutralidad clim\u00e1tica para el 2050.<\/p>\n<p>Los pa\u00edses han comenzado a implementar sus <strong>Planes Nacionales de Energ\u00eda y Clima (PNIEC<\/strong>) y a activar medidas concretas para iniciar su transici\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica. Y estas medidas van desde la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas regulaciones de \u00e1mbito nacional, hasta medidas de car\u00e1cter local para promover el transporte sostenible o el consumo de energ\u00eda renovable.<\/p>\n<p>La transici\u00f3n hacia una sociedad ZEO no se puede demorar m\u00e1s. Porque tal y como asegura la comunidad cient\u00edfica, de no mantener por debajo de 2\u00baC el calentamiento global del planeta, la Tierra podr\u00eda llegar a un estado de no retorno. \u00a0Una situaci\u00f3n <strong>perjudicial para la supervivencia de la biodiversidad y de los ecosistemas<\/strong> que hacen funcionar el ciclo de la vida (polinizadores, bosques, etc).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; Como, por ejemplo, reducir el consumo de carne semanal, practicar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica durante los cocinados, comprar productos locales o de km0 o bien evitar la compra de alimentos ultra procesados.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; Seg\u00fan datos facilitados por el propio supermercado, las ferias de proximidad de Caprabo han llegado a m\u00e1s de 40.000 personas.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante tener en cuenta que la mitad de los productos de km0 o proximidad que Caprabo vende en sus supermercados proceden de cooperativas agrafias de Catalu\u00f1a. Su apuesta por este tipo de productos y marcas ha generado una cifra estable de ventas de hasta 28 millones de euros en el \u00faltimo. <strong>Esta es la prueba de que, apostar por marcas locales, tambi\u00e9n es rentable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tras la crisis sanitaria, periodo en el que la mayor\u00eda de acciones y eventos se vieron suspendidos, Caprabo reactiv\u00f3 de nuevo las Ferias de Proximidad. De hecho, en mayo de 2022 arranc\u00f3 la nueva temporada de feria de Caprabo y hasta la fecha, ya llevan siete fiestas celebradas en diferentes localidades y ciudades de Catalu\u00f1a.
