Al parecer, el ritmo de la creaci\u00f3n y apertura de infraestructuras de recarga para coches el\u00e9ctricos no est\u00e1 siendo el esperado. Y es que, entre enero y septiembre \u00fanicamente se han creado 3.154 puntos nuevos, cuando se requer\u00edan un total de 32.000.<\/p>\n
De todos modos, es importante valorar el esfuerzo que est\u00e1n llevando a cabo algunas comunidades aut\u00f3nomas<\/strong> para tratar de acercarse a los objetivos del PNIEC.<\/p>\nEste 2022, las CCAA de Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha y La Rioja han instalado un gran n\u00famero de puntos p\u00fablicos de carga de alta velocidad.<\/strong> Sin embargo, si nos fijamos en el n\u00famero de puntos de recarga totales instalados, las comunidades que m\u00e1s puntos de carga acumulan son Barcelona, con 4.179 puntos de recarga activados, y Madrid, con 2.067.<\/p>\nEntre las comunidades aut\u00f3nomas que menos puntos de recarga tienen se encuentran La Rioja (102), Cantabria (107) y Navarra (287). Con estas cifras tan bajas, no es una sorpresa que el coche el\u00e9ctrico no sea una opci\u00f3n prioritaria para muchos espa\u00f1oles.<\/strong><\/p>\nEl problema no s\u00f3lo es la falta de puntos de carga, sino que los cargadores \u201csupuestamente\u201d r\u00e1pidos no funcionan a la potencia deseada. Es importante tener en cuenta que los\u00a0cargadores\u00a0p\u00fablicos de coche\u00a0el\u00e9ctrico\u00a0en Espa\u00f1a son muy\u00a0lentos: el 83% con menos de 22 kW.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el Estudio sobre el despliegue de la infraestructura de carga del veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico <\/strong>en Espa\u00f1a de la Fundaci\u00f3n Ecodes, el principal problema reside en la falta de instalaciones privadas. Para lograr el objetivo de 3,3 millones de puntos de recarga el\u00e9ctrica en Espa\u00f1a, alrededor de 3 millones de estos puntos deber\u00e1n ser instalaciones privadas y estar ubicadas en hogares (1,25M), lugares de trabajo (1,4M) y cocheras (350.000).<\/strong><\/p>\nTal y como asegura Henrik Bergman, director regional de la empresa sueca Charge Amps<\/strong> en Espa\u00f1a y Portugal, \u201clas infraestructuras de carga privadas deben ser la base para impulsar la electromovilidad en Espa\u00f1a, que actualmente se encuentra a la cola de Europa con 1,6 cargadores por cada 100 kil\u00f3metros de carretera, seg\u00fan indican la OCU y la Asociaci\u00f3n europea de fabricantes de autom\u00f3viles (ACEA)\u201d.<\/p>\nAdem\u00e1s, \u201cestos datos var\u00edan dependiendo de la regi\u00f3n<\/strong>, con una disponibilidad mucho mayor de puntos de carga en ciudades como Barcelona o Madrid\u201d, a\u00f1ade Bergman.<\/p>\nSeg\u00fan el director general de Charge Amps, \u201ces crucial desarrollar una red de cargadores funcional basada en el uso real que les dar\u00e1n los conductores. Los veh\u00edculos pasan la mayor parte del tiempo aparcados en casa o en el trabajo, con lo que es esencial disponer de puntos de recarga en ambos espacios.<\/p>\n
En este sentido y de forma complementaria, el 1 de enero de 2023 entrar\u00e1 en vigor el real decreto-ley 29\/2021, que establece la obligatoriedad de disponer de un punto de carga en todos los aparcamientos privados no residenciales con m\u00e1s de 20 plazas, y disponer de puntos extra por cada 40 plazas\u201d.<\/p>\n
