Desde la Plataforma ZEO, antes llamada Asociaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo de la Casa Bioclim\u00e1tica (ADCB), estuvimos m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os trabajando para lograr la implementaci\u00f3n de este modelo arquitect\u00f3nico ZEO -cero emisiones- en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, gracias al esfuerzo de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n y otras muchas, tanto nacionales como internacionales, hoy en d\u00eda <strong>la gran mayor\u00eda de proyectos se dise\u00f1an siguiendo criterios bioclim\u00e1ticos y sostenibles<\/strong>. De hecho, las leyes, los c\u00f3digos de edificaci\u00f3n y las ordenanzas, se encargan de que estos criterios sostenibles se apliquen.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, actualmente es com\u00fan ver casas o edificios bioclim\u00e1ticos en las ciudades, pueblos y todo tipo de urbanizaciones espa\u00f1olas.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; header_6_text_shadow_blur_strength_tablet=\u00bb1px\u00bb box_shadow_horizontal_tablet=\u00bb0px\u00bb box_shadow_vertical_tablet=\u00bb0px\u00bb box_shadow_blur_tablet=\u00bb40px\u00bb box_shadow_spread_tablet=\u00bb0px\u00bb z_index_tablet=\u00bb500&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>La \u00faltima acci\u00f3n organizada por esta asociaci\u00f3n, <strong>la Uni\u00f3 de Ve\u00efns de Bellaterra (UvB)<\/strong>, fue la celebraci\u00f3n de una sesi\u00f3n informativa sobre los \u201cnuevos sistemas constructivos para ahorrar energ\u00eda\u201d que ya se est\u00e1n utilizando en Bellaterra.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se record\u00f3 que el 40% de las viviendas de Bellaterra son anteriores a 1979, el 54% fueron construidas entre 1980 y el 2006, y solo un 6% son posteriores a 2006, y, por lo tanto, el parque edificatorio es bastante antiguo y poco eficiente en t\u00e9rminos energ\u00e9ticos<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Se presentaron <a href=\"https:\/\/unioveinsbellaterra.cat\/noticies\/nous-sistemes-constructius-per-estalviar-energia-a-bellaterra\/\">tres modelos diferentes de sistema constructivo<\/a>, que tratan de lograr una eficiencia energ\u00e9tica superior, reducir las emisiones asociadas al consumo energ\u00e9tico y la calefacci\u00f3n y lograr un ahorro econ\u00f3mico en la factura.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de esta sesi\u00f3n, se respondi\u00f3 a las siguientes preguntas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bfCu\u00e1nta energ\u00eda se puede ahorrar con estos nuevos sistemas?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfExiste un sobre coste en todo este proceso?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfSe pueden aplicar a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; Todos ellos garantizaban:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e1xima aportaci\u00f3n solar (orientaci\u00f3n, placas solares)<\/li>\n<li>Buen aislamiento (de toda la superficie que envuelve la casa).<\/li>\n<li>Sistema de ventilaci\u00f3n que renueva el aire, recuperando el calor del aire viciado que se extrae<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al finalizar este encuentro informativo, la UvB inform\u00f3 de la voluntad de celebrar una nueva sesi\u00f3n informativa, en esta ocasi\u00f3n, sobre la rehabilitaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de edificios.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_2&#8243;
