Antes de pensar en crear una comunidad energ\u00e9tica es importante realizar un an\u00e1lisis de las posibilidades que ofrece el lugar<\/strong> donde queremos activarla.<\/p>\nPreviamente, es necesario hacer un estudio de las personas que podr\u00edan estar interesadas en unirse a la misma. De nada sirve desplegar todos los mecanismos para activar una comunidad energ\u00e9tica, si los vecinos del lugar no est\u00e1n concienciados con el cambio clim\u00e1tico o no tienen ning\u00fan tipo de intenci\u00f3n de unirse a la misma.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n es fundamental identificar previamente cu\u00e1les ser\u00e1n los lugares o espacios m\u00e1s adecuados para realizar la instalaci\u00f3n de placas solares. Puede ser un solar comunitario o bien una gran azotea de un bloque de pisos.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Y, sobre todo, es esencial poner especial cuidado en c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 la financiaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n
\n- \u00bfEs posible conseguir alguna ayuda institucional? <\/strong><\/li>\n
- \u00bfExiste alg\u00fan comercio o comunidad de propietarios dispuesto a realizar la inversi\u00f3n inicial? (que despu\u00e9s recuperar\u00edan a lo largo de un tiempo)<\/li>\n
- \u00bfEs posible solicitar alg\u00fan pr\u00e9stamo verde a un banco u organizaci\u00f3n que se dedique a este tipo de gestiones?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Una vez respondidas todas estas preguntas, los miembros de la comunidad deben organizarse y repartir las tareas para activar la instalaci\u00f3n de las placas solares fotovoltaicas y gestionar los acuerdos pertinentes con la Red El\u00e9ctrica, consiguiendo integrar todos los sistemas.<\/p>\n

Desde la Plataforma ZEO no queremos quitar m\u00e9ritos al autoconsumo compartido convencional. Es realmente positivo para la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico que las comunidades de vecinos se autogestionen e instalen placas solares, pues esto les permitir\u00e1 ahorrar en su factura de la luz y reducir las emisiones derivadas de su suministro energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n
