La implicaci\u00f3n de las ciudades es indispensable para poder hacer frente a este desaf\u00edo que pone en riesgo la biodiversidad y la supervivencia de nuestro planeta.<\/p>\n<p>Precisamente por ello, a lo largo de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os han surgido diferentes <strong>mecanismos o herramientas para impulsar la acci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica<\/strong> a nivel local.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, los <a href=\"https:\/\/plataformazeo.com\/es\/que-son-los-planes-de-accion-climatica-local\/\">Planes de Acci\u00f3n Clim\u00e1tica Local<\/a> establecen la hoja de ruta que deben seguir los municipios para contribuir a la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico y ser ZEO -cero emisiones-.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas ciudades europeas siguen la metodolog\u00eda PACES (Planes de Acci\u00f3n para el Clima y la Energ\u00eda Sostenible), establecida por el Pacto Global de Alcaldes por el Clima y la Energ\u00eda, para desarrollar este documento.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; Se trata de una alianza que hoy en d\u00eda cuenta con <strong>m\u00e1s de\u00a010.000 ayuntamientos adscritos <\/strong>y est\u00e1 presente\u00a0en m\u00e1s de\u00a0135 pa\u00edses\u00a0alrededor\u00a0del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Todos ellos se adscribieron a la coalici\u00f3n de manera voluntaria y est\u00e1n comprometidos con limitar el impacto generado por sus ciudades en el medio ambiente, reducir su huella de carbono y facilitar el acceso a la energ\u00eda sostenible y asequible para todos.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; En la mayor\u00eda de ocasiones, el proceso de seguimiento no tiene en cuenta los problemas de escala y de marginalizaci\u00f3n de la muestra, es decir, excluye o <strong>subrepresenta ciertos grupos o fen\u00f3menos en relaci\u00f3n a los datos recopilados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Debemos tener en cuenta que cada municipio es \u00fanico y requiere de medidas de seguimiento espec\u00edficas.
