Tambi\u00e9n incluyen m\u00faltiples puntos de reciclaje y puntos de informaci\u00f3n y concienciaci\u00f3n sobre basura y residuos en sus recintos. Tras este avance hacia el residuo cero, ahora el objetivo es conseguir festivales cero emisiones (ZEO). La r<\/span>educci\u00f3n de emisiones es una medida necesaria para combatir el cambio clim\u00e1tico<\/b> y cumplir los objetivos de reducci\u00f3n de emisiones que marca el Acuerdo de Par\u00eds 2015; y esta reducci\u00f3n, debe darse en todos los \u00e1mbitos.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Plan maximiza al m\u00e1ximo el consumo que proviene de la red el\u00e9ctrica y otras fuentes de energ\u00eda renovable. En el festival tampoco se vende carne para as\u00ed reducir las emisiones de carbono derivadas de la ganader\u00eda y salvar grandes cantidades de agua potable y tierra.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s el festival cuenta con m\u00faltiples iniciativas de reciclaje y gesti\u00f3n de residuos, como por ejemplo <\/span>un proyecto de reciclaje y reconversi\u00f3n de la orina en fertilizante a trav\u00e9s de la instalaci\u00f3n de lavabos especiales<\/b>. Este festival de <\/span>reggae<\/b> no solo goza de una pol\u00edtica excelente en cuanto a sostenibilidad desde su creaci\u00f3n en 1994, el Rototom ha sido reconocido por la <\/span>ONU <\/b>y la <\/span>UNESCO<\/b> como Acontecimiento Emblem\u00e1tico para una Cultura de Paz y No Violencia. <\/span>Por este festival pasan cada a\u00f1o unos 200.000 asistentes, que generan poco m\u00e1s de 24 toneladas de residuos. Una cifra min\u00fascula comparada con la de otros festivales como el FIB, que se celebra en la misma zona de Benicassim y genera unas 200 toneladas.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

La organizaci\u00f3n del Primavera contrata a proveedores locales y tiene una flota de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos para el desplazamiento de los trabajadores dentro del propio festival. De esta manera reduce buena parte de las emisiones derivadas del transporte. Para reducir emisiones, este festival apuesta por el transporte compartido, con la inclusi\u00f3n de una flota de \u2018guaguas\u2019 para los desplazamientos por la isla y la promoci\u00f3n de descuentos y premios para aquellos que las utilicen. Para reducir el consumo energ\u00e9tico<\/span> Sonidos L\u00edquidos<\/span><\/a> se realiza durante el d\u00eda, aprovechando la luz natural. Por la noche cuenta con una ilumiaci\u00f3n LED de bajo consumo.
