El ciudadano de a pie tambi\u00e9n tiene un papel importante en la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico. No solamente es capaz de motivar acciones y decisiones pol\u00edticas, como hemos visto a lo largo de este a\u00f1o a trav\u00e9s de las movilizaciones de Fridays For Future, si no que como consumidor, tiene el poder de premiar a aquellas marcas o empresas que reducen su huella de carbono <\/b>y penalizar a las que siguen en la misma t\u00f3nica, sin acciones enfocadas a la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para que los ciudadanos puedan ejercer de palanca motivadora<\/b> para el cambio pol\u00edtico y econ\u00f3mico, antes deben tener una gran conciencia clim\u00e1tica y conocimientos que les empujen a hacerlo. En Espa\u00f1a, por ejemplo, la ciudadan\u00eda puede ejercer presi\u00f3n para sacar adelante de una vez por todas la Ley Espa\u00f1ola de Cambio clim\u00e1tico o exigir m\u00e1s inversi\u00f3n en la generaci\u00f3n de empleos verdes.<\/span><\/p>\n

El 80% creen que Espa\u00f1a no hace lo suficiente para combatir el cambio clim\u00e1tico<\/strong> y casi el 100% de los espa\u00f1oles, los que tienen ingresos de menos de 600\u20ac mensuales en menor medida, destinar\u00edan m\u00e1s dinero de los presupuestos del Estado a compensar las consecuencias derivadas de este: Olas de calor, sequ\u00edas o inundaciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A los encuestados durante el estudio tambi\u00e9n se les formul\u00f3 a qu\u00e9 opciones de compensaci\u00f3n destinar\u00e1n estos nuevos presupuestos siendo la primera a plantar \u00e1rboles para reducir las temperaturas y para ayudar a retener el agua -con una gran diferencia-, mejorar el concocimiento sobre el cambio clim\u00e1tico en segundo lugar y mejorar el aislamiento de los hogares en tercer lugar.<\/span><\/p>\n

La mayor\u00eda de espa\u00f1oles piensan que Espa\u00f1a debe tener una Ley de Cambio Clim\u00e1tico y Transici\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica. Aunque un 20%, del grupo de ingresos de m\u00e1s de 3.000\u20ac mensuales, opina que no es necesaria. Seg\u00fan los espa\u00f1oles, para sacar adelante esta Ley:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Donde parece no haber consenso es en s\u00ed los espa\u00f1oles deber\u00edamos pagar m\u00e1s impuestos por nuestras emisiones, con un 56% que opina que s\u00ed, y en si el Estado deber\u00eda destinar m\u00e1s financiaci\u00f3n en nuevas formas de energ\u00eda aunque esto suponga menos recursos para investigar otras \u00e1reas, con un 30% que se muestra en desacuerdo.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Seg\u00fan el reciente estudio de ElCano, en general, la ciudadan\u00eda espa\u00f1ola est\u00e1 concienciada frente al cambio clim\u00e1tico y cree que el gobierno espa\u00f1ol a\u00fan es poco ambicioso.<\/strong> Casi el 60% de espa\u00f1oles estar\u00edan dispuestos a pagar m\u00e1s para prevenir el cambio clim\u00e1tico y sus efectos. En el caso del impuesto de circulaci\u00f3n, por ejemplo, estar\u00edan dispuestos a pagar 46\u20ac adicionales anualmente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Por lo tanto, dada esta concienciaci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica existente, ahora solo hace falta transmitirla a los pol\u00edticos y ejercer presi\u00f3n para que este 2020 sea a\u00fan m\u00e1s ZEO, y logremos cumplir los objetivos del Acuerdo Par\u00eds (2015).<\/span><\/p>\n
