Un problema que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las islas de pl\u00e1sticos en medio de los oc\u00e9anos, <strong>las tortugas que se enredan en las anillas que envuelven nuestras latas o las<\/strong> gaviotas que mueren por haber ingerido grandes cantidades de tapones, bolsas y otros pl\u00e1sticos que consumimos en nuestra vida diaria.<\/p>\n<p>El problema de este tipo de materiales que tardan a\u00f1os en desaparecer de los ecosistemas marinos y terrestres tiene una base mucho m\u00e1s cercana y visible. Para <strong>acabar con esta cultura de usar y tirar<\/strong> es necesario volver a la forma de consumir que ten\u00edan nuestros abuelos o bisabuelos, y caminar hacia <strong>el residuo cero. Llevaban sus propias bolsas de tela y recipientes a las tiendas para guardar y almacenar los productos que compraban cada d\u00eda <strong>reduciendo al m\u00ednimo el n\u00famero de residuos generados<\/strong>. Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tierra.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/actualizacion_alimentos_km_web.pdf\">informe<\/a> de Amigos de la Tierra ya alert\u00f3 que en 2011 Espa\u00f1a import\u00f3 23,486 millones de toneladas de alimentos que tuvieron que recorrer una media de 3.827 km y emitieron 4.212 millones de toneladas de CO2<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.26.3&#8243; Seg\u00fan el Observatori de Canvi Clim\u00e0tic de Valencia el desperdicio alimentario puede llegar a evitar la emisi\u00f3n de hasta 500 kg de CO2 por persona al a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los mayores problemas es que <strong>solamente un porcentaje muy bajo de alimentos org\u00e1nicos que lanzamos a la basura es compostado<\/strong>.
